Ahh, I see. This mod doesn't do anything with tooltips unfortunately, just the hard frames. For tooltips, you might try TinyTip at http://wowace.com/files/ (grab the TinyTipExtras and TinyTipOptions too). I'm sure some other readers might have other recommendations too.
