i got this addon working all you have to do is open up StopTheSpam.lua in notepad (i use notepad++)
look for this line
f:SetScript("OnEvent", function (frame, event)
and change it to
f:SetScript("OnEvent", function (frame, event, ...)
save and done.
you might also want to open up StopTheSpam.toc in notepad as well and change...

- When using the minimap boundaries option, it shows the orange drawing outside my minimap frame as well, wich is kind of annoying, any chance this can be fixed? the feature would be extremely cool and usefull if it only shows on the minimap itself ;). I mean, you can put dots and such on the map for the digs and those don't show up...

also i find the default rotation very weird im sure its probably good in raids etc but for grinding and questing i prefer J, CS, HW, CS, TW and Exo and HoW if they are up, also would you be able to make so that if you get to say about 30% health it suggest you use Word of Glory?
