Error on Restack

Sometimes when AI starts a restack I'm unable to move items around. I can right-click and use an item, but I can't move it to another slot. When I click on the Restack button again, it gives me a message saying I need to wait for the current restack to complete. For some reason, I think its going into an infinite loop. Can you...
