It's not working for me, either, as of live patch 2.4. No known errors and, as galvin said, it doesn't seem to be loading at all.

Just a small thing I'm finding with the latest version... When I go to the menu (green bag icon) and try to use one of the sliders, the submenu I'm in closes up. I can, however, hover my mouse over the submenu window without making contact with the slider bar and use my mouswheel to make the adjustment.
