Text Alerts
 

Text alerts making you aware of abilities being ready again will sometimes remain on the screen until used again and cooldown has finished..also noticed if you minimize WOW and then alt tab back into it, the previous ability text reappears and remains there..

am i the only one having this issue? Anyone got a fix for this? or solution?

I need to figure out if these are nUI's text alerts or Blizz's

I would be guessing it's an addon problem. Do you have any addons that manipulate or use the Scrolling Combat Text or other alert frames?

i do not have any other addons except and ill get a screenshot of what it is doing..also i noticed the latency and fps at the top seem to only appear sometimes when logging in and out..the latency remains at 0 at all times when it is showing.

Okay... that part of it is a very very very old BLizz bug... it's been around since, what?, 2.3 I think?

oh ok, im new to the UI so i didnt know what was up...im loving the UI though..its great...so how do i go about getting recount and dbm to work with it..i install them in my addon folder but they never show up

They are in the info panel on the lower right of the dash... just click on the red button to cycle around to them.

Also... there are plugins available at http://files.nUIaddon.com that will put Omen and Recount together in the same info panel.

You might also consider using Skada instead... it does the job of Omen, Recount and the plugins all in a single mod.

im assuming the lower right of dash only in nUI+ cause im using nUI Lite at the moment..and i dont see where to alter..like the addons also dont even show up in my addon list

if you don't see omen or recount etc in your addon list on the character screen then you haven't installed them correctly. By default nUI will create an infopanel for them that you can cycle between.

Lite and Plus versions don't have anything different for the infopanels.
