I loved Carbonite since you guys started it back 2007 or 08 (not sure ^^')

but, i just checked the Masters ZIP from Github on Virustotal.com and it found an virus? :eek:

This addon is no longer developed by this team ;) Now only one independent developer.

No virus in Quests41-50.lua. U can see that there is only Quest Data scrapped from WoWHead. So this is false positive. This ZIP is generated by GitHub from source code so its not my upload.

2nd, again, I totally recommend https://github.com/erikabp123/ClassicAddonManager to keep all your addons up to date. Soon it will work with WowAce (for ie. Skillet) as well.

I also have done Carbonite for Classic, but I went a different route to handling things and in what was removed as unneeded / unnecessary.

That's the beauty of GPL you can have forks and splits and different results for the same thing :P

- many fixes and features added (fixed traveling routes and zone connection, showing quests reward XP and many more)
- all Guides updated
- added Carbonite.GatherMate2_data module to show gathering nodes on map (mining and herbalism)
- removed unneeded files

On GitHub repository of Carbonite Classic u can download latest update to Carbonite Classic.

Huge Quest Database update from new data source, its joined with old data source. Now quests should be more accurate, of course not 100% but this should much be better. This needs testing.

Please can any one check on Alliance side how it works.

Have there been any recent updates to Carbonite? Keep running into many errors with it.

Map icons only appear when moving
 

For some reason my minimap and map icons only appear when I am moving. Quest icons, tracking of nodes, vendors, trainers etc.

Any ideas?
