how can i get these Chat Tabs that fill the whole Window?

Sorry I can't see a difference? The font is green and the names of the tabs are different? There is a grey box around it..? But what do you want!

I just want the Background Border behind the Generel / Combatlog Tabs! like the 2 Screen below not like ELVUI have in the 1 Screen :) Tony
