Best Holy Pally Ui

hello, I am a lvl 70 holy pally who wants to know what the best UI for raiding or over all healing is... I have tried a few, none seem to be good enough for holy pallys.. Please give some advice. :)

Is there a UI around that is like this; it's very sexy. I have a 1440x900 or w/e resolution so I am really having trouble adjusting everything in that UI.
Any help would be appreciate it
