Weakaura help, target percentage hp
 

I am looking to make a target percentage hp that looks like 100% -- in a white color, but once the hp goes below 25% I want it to be displayed in red, is this a possiblity? can someone help me about how to make this one, It's for feral, so below 25% is important which is why i want it to be in red color.
