What are those textures called, the ones usually found in sigs
 

Okay, if you've used the forums long enough, on any site, you eventually see that person who has these textures in their signature that are about 20 to 30 px in height, and about 250 px in width. Its a glossy looking bar that usually has a 2 to 10 words describing an interest about the person.

I would post a picture, but i cant find one, and i dont know what they are called so I cant google search them. sorry its kinda vague

i think people made them in Photoshop or software in that category.
The texture is close to gloss, well, there is a texture called gloss in WoW.

Most commonly you can do it in PS with a simple white half circle with the trans turned down.

If you have photoshop and want to make your own userbar, I have a small psd file on my PC that I use when I make all my userbars. Uploaded here for ya.

Pro tip - if you wanna use more than one userbar, do everyone a favor and use an animated one that cycles between them all. You can make it in photoshop and it takes up a lot less space/loading time.
