It would be nice if the GetCompanionInfo() function could also tell us if the mount is a flyer or not.

IE:

both speed and if its a ground/flying mount, but you should post this on the official wow forums

They can post it there, too, but this is the place on wowi to post requests for Blizzard, p3lim. ;)
