Playerframe Broken? need Help

Hey, I have a problem. I have just made the Worldboss Wekemara and then found that my life is no longer there and now on the top left is my character portrait. I'm totally confused and do not know what to do that it looks like RealUI again. I have all the addons of RealUI in the interface folder, otherwise I have nothing in the folder. Has anyone else the problem and can help me next?

Could just be a bug, first thing I'd try is to reload the ui /rl
second thing would be to relog.
