Looking for a developer to revive old fake achievement addon

The name of the addon is skadoosh, it was made for sending fake achievements to other friends, after opening it with /sd it showed a box which you could use to enter a simple text and choose one icon of your choice to send somebody who also has skadoosh installed a fake achievement.
This was then shown on screen with the standart archievement sound and an image that nearly looks like a real achievement with the text and icon you choose before slowly fading out after 4 seconds

on its current state it shows no icons and noone is able to recieve something, looks like this:

maybe an anti spam timer and a moveable income position could be added
