NO default quest page to check my quests

I have always liked Carbonite and always used it - but since it's been upgraded-I can't open my default quest list window. I press on the gold cup on screen-I can HEAR it opening-but no visual list at all.
Help plz!!!!

Pressing the gold cup icon is the same a pressing the L key. In either case you should see the Carbonite quest window open. If not, then a lua error may be happening, which could stop the code from showing the window. This can happen from a conflict with another quest log addon. I would disable all other addons and test it.
