What addon causes this?

Every now and then, when I log in or zone, this popup appears. It doesn't do that every time I play, just like 2 day/week. Anyone recognize it and knows what causes it? Sometimes, my screen is filled with 6-7 of those every time I zone..really annoying!

Is there a simple way to list my addons to a file, so you guys can see what I run?!

Your Titan bar is the problem.

Right click on Titan Reputation panel and disable "Glamourize Standing Changes".
