What is this?
 

I wonderd what interface/addon it is, i would really benifet from it its is basicly a combat updator that says things like 456 [critical] and low on health [223] or +25 energy.
It comes up where you hit not in the chat menu.
I would really like to know for my rouge thanks for any help
