Once upon a time, there was an addon called "ShowGuildList."
If your toon was in a guild, then hitting 'O' would default to the guild list instead of the friends list. And that was all. It stopped working some time after one of the major patch versions in WotLK. The old version is attached. |
The code looks ok, just update the ToC file to Interface 30300.

You could always go into the default Blizz keybindings and change 'o' to the guild list.
