I would like to know, which AddOns this Guy uses (black arrows) and what kind of Font he uses (red arrow).

I'd say that the first addon is a boss encounter addon, probably Deadly Boss Mods or BigWigs.

As for the font, I'm sorry but I can't really tell.

I mean the big red bar for the debuff? and the other AddOn? I mean the UnitFrames... i tried to rebuild this UI Frames with Pitbull but doesnt fit actually...

I'm pretty certain you can build those unit frames with PitBull. But you could also try Stuf.
