Loot window not functioning

It happened about 5 times to me now since a month. That the loot window doesnt popup. Instead the a default WoW loot window pops up, that I can not loot at all.
Sux if you see that nice blue item and cannot loot it :(

Have you uninstalled or deleted or set Macaroon: Loot to be not loaded?

If you still have that module of Macaroon, which is an old module, you should remove it since it can interfere with the new Macaroon.
It is now replaced by Macaroon: Alerts

I think it happens after ...using another profile/making a new profile...and then copying a profile over that new/other profile.
