ElkBuffbar replacement?

I don't even remember how long I've been using EBB, perhaps since BC?
Anyway, atm everything else is just perfect but there's no way to cancel buffs in combat.
I'd really love a similiar addon with buff canceling in combat.

I can't help you with 'bars', but I use ShinyBuffs and have been very happy with it and have my DeBuffs big as life allowing me to really know what's happening to me.

Might find one here:

Check out Raven or SatrinaBuffFrames, both are on this website.

Raven does bars by default, while Satrina has an option for it.

They didn't, they just forced you to use either Blizzard's own buff frames, or the new SecureAuraHeader system. Unfortunately SecureAuraHeader is somewhat neglected, with bugs in Blizzard's own code going back over a year that have never been fixed, so any addon that uses it has a harder time than those that don't. But, it is mostly functional if you can ignore some problems like not being able to see ranged weapon enchants. bBuffBars is an example of an addon using SecureAuraHeader.

Cheers barjack i know you can still use /cancelaura "xxx" as a macro.

They did remove addon's ability to automatically remove buffs. If you use the SecureAuraHeader that barjack mentioned, you can have an addon that allows players to right-click to cancel buffs in combat. One problem with the SecureAuraHeader is that then your addon can not filter and sort the buffs.

Thanks for your replies.
It appears that I'll have to keep EBB running for tracking a small number of buffs/debuffs in frames separated from own full buff/debuff frames as I really need filtering.

If you want to check out Raven on this site, it gets around this problem with an "in-combat" bar. You can read about it towards the bottom of the page in the "Cancelling Buffs" section.

Another addon is Satrina Buff Frames uses an "Interactive Frame." So that you have a section of sorted/filtered buffs and a section that you can click off (although this addon hasn't been updated recently).
