Carbonite Warehouse Help

Ive been trying to find a way to reset the warehouse for Carbonite. I have totally uninstalled Carbonite and reinstalled it several times, and it is still showing warehoused items for characters that have long since been deleted. Any help with this would be awesome.

Right click the name of the deleted character, and select Remove character or guild.
