What Cast Bar Mod?

Hallo, I have searched High and Low for this mod, but I just cannot seem to find it... Help would be greatly appreciated!

It's right under the Damage Bar. (bar in the middle of UF's)

quite certain thats Azcastbar and not Quartz, look at the swing bar...

Quartz has the same thing. Only reason I say Quartz is it looks like he's using Qulight UI which includes a skin for Quartz cast bars.

Still looks a lot like AzCastbar when you get future in the movie for when he starts casting looks like almost default settings..
