It would be nice if GetLFGDungeonInfo also returned the number of seconds until the loot lock resets just like GetSavedInstanceInfo and GetSavedWorldBossInfo do.

If that is not possible, or in addition, it would be nice if there was a way to get the UTC offset for the player's realm. Either a return of hours and minutes or a single return in seconds would suffice. A similar function for the UTC offset of the player's client would also be appreciated since it is only readily available for a Mac and must be calculated on Windows.

Also, GetLFGDungeonNumEncounters returns the numEncounters for the entire dungeon when called with a raid finder wing's id instead of just the number of bossed in that wing (for Highmaul at least).
