Best Way To Check For Being Dotted?
 

Hey,

currently, I'm making an addon playing a sound and giving a visual when I'm dotted. Now I could, of course, make a list of all player abilities that fit in this pattern but there is a lot of items too, and maybe I'd like to have it for monsters too so I can't search through all 100k mobs :p is there a smarter way to check if the debuff is a damage ticking spell?

Wouldn't you be looking for SPELL_PERIODIC_DAMAGE in the COMBAT_LOG_EVENT stuff?
