LF Addon where you can make passthrough windows for clicks like Isboxer had
 

Used to be able to, while dual boxing, make a small window on your main character's screen to display a portion of your second character's screen that allowed you to click through. You could put your healer on follow with healbot or clique and heal from your main window. This setting was in ISboxer under VFX passthrough and obviously no longer works, but it's technically not key broadcasting which was the reason for the ban. Any help would be appreciated, considering trying to build it myself.

You want to do some picture-in-picture thing in LUA? Sorry, that will not be possible.

You will need an application to do some overlay rendering, and probably also at the edge of what is permitted (in wow).

What might be possible is to have a window from your char - or chars - which replicate the chat. You could probably also add a few buttons so you could get the char to cast a buff, a ress or a heal only outside combat.

First of all, there's a distinct difference between an addon and a 3rd party tool.

An addon for WoW is a set of scripts written in Lua and/or XML that are loaded by the game itself and have limited capabilities sanctioned by Blizzard.

3rd party tools are programs that interface with the game client in ways Blizzard deemed against ToS.



Since WoWInterface is an official Blizzard community site, discussion of 3rd party tools among anything else that violates ToS is forbidden.



Not possible since those are still protected actions. You can set up a button to receive click events from a mouse or keybind, but attempting to run it from something like a chat or addon message event will throw a "call from insecure code" error.

Pretty sure they still allow for programs to rescale and resize the windows.

But you will switch to the windows when you heal.

So first click to change, den click to heal, then click on main windows to cast spells (:
