Status bars on buff icons like ElvUI VisualAuraTimers w/o using ElvUI
 

I like the look of the status bar used to show the duration of cooldowns like how this plugin for ElvUI does: http://wow.curseforge.com/addons/elv...l-aura-timers/

I couldn't find any buff addon that says it can do the same, but I'm trying to see if any buff/debuff addon can modify the icons like that (like Satrina).

Can anyone point me in a good direction?
