One button two phrases

Hi Everyone!

Glad to see if there is a way to create a "one button macro" to...:

Left click to say Hello!
Right click to say Bye!

For example...!

Thanks!

hmm you can try this:

Code:

/s [button:1] Hello!
/s [button:2] Bye!

Do you want it to say that to specific people you want to whisper?

Pompachomp, it doesn´t work! Try it on the game, plz... what I really want is to say hehe with button1 and yell hehe with button2.

Thx!

The tricky part about making a conditional macro is only secure commands respond to conditionals. Chatting and emotes are non-secure so that method wont work for just pure chat.

Wowwiki.com has a good write up on macros. After going over it again i wasnt able to find a way without using a skill or spell that would do it. Admittedly I didnt test everything possible to see if i could get it to work.

I used to use MacroTalk by Cogwheel to do this. It is reported to work fine with the 3.0 patch so long as you load out of date addons.
