WoWInterface - Spell/Ability Alerter

Hello,

I'm looking for an addon similar to functionality of WitchHunt that will alert me when someone is casting a certain spell or using a certain ability. I'd like it to have functionality similar to how this commenter on the WitchHunt page describes:
