Fade out/Hover chat controls

hello hello,

I am in need of an addon which can fade (completely) the controls and tab headers of the chat window.

Prat has this lovely fade out feature on text, but with all the things around it still 100% visible and drawing attention and i would like to take care of that.

Does anybody know of an addon which can do this?
