WoW Addon Discord
 

Hi... I'm not entirely sure where to post this, so I thought I'd post it here? ^^;

I recently made a Discord server for AddOns. I have a few devs in the server already, and specifically I was looking for a lot more devs to be able to discuss and help with others about both Lua and general Addon questions. :)

I'm also currently looking into developing an IRC-bridge for the addon IRC as well. Again, I hope this is the right place to post this. I'm not sure where else addon devs will see it though ^^;
I didn't want to flood the server with a bunch of questions with nobody to answer, mainly, which is why I haven't posted in either the WoW reddit or WoW general forums yet.

No, but I don't think that you're going to get a resolution until someone in management gives one. And they don't seem to be worried about it. They use IRC and that is good enough.

Posting it on reddit would be a bad idea. It would get flooded with lazy support questions. I'm all for it if it was for devs only.

Even if I'd use the Discord channel, it should be operated by someone from #wowuidev

Most of the channels are bot feeds and why is there a github feed specifically for OP's addons?
