"old" FuBar stuff I'd like to see ported to LDB
 

I think I've made a post like this a few times :D


currently I have:

ChatAltertsFu
EmoteFu2 (there's gBroker_Emote but doesn't have the example text)
GearRating (GearScore is close, but only shows the score on the tooltip)
PoisonReminderFu (I've been shamelessly pushing for this forever!)
SkillsPlusFu (BasicBrokers has this as an optional file, but this is much better)
QuestAnnouncer (I think it's time for a whole new mod that does this, and only this)

I also think AuldLangSyne is still relying on my FuBar2Broker, but hopefully that will be on their to-do list.

if anyone has more to add please do so :)

Personally, I feel that Ara_Broker_Tradeskills is an excellent alternative to SkillsPlusFu.

The list of FuBar mods I am looking for LDB versions of are...
DurabilityFu (there are lots of alternatives, but I have yet to find one with the full feature set)
EmoteFu2
PetInfoFu
RestFu

For RestFu, try Broker_AllXP.

unfortunately, Ara_Broker_Tradeskills doesn't list weapon skills, and that is what i monitor mostly, and i actually use broker_trainer which i suppose is a bit redundant, but not that bad.

as for durability, have you tried tekabilty?


EDIT: broker_trainer might not be that great after all, so add TrainerFu to my list

For durability I use Attrition

I was going to put in for TrainerFu as well. I tried Broker_Trainer, and it does work, however, the one piece it's missing that TrainerFu offers is the ability to set a skill/character level and have the mod tell you what you'll be able to learn next level up and the cost for the training.

You can get FubartoBroker that wat i have and it works great

but this solution breaks the mind of lightweight ;) adding Fubarweight on lightweight makes lightweight Fubarweight lol ;)

yes, that is what i'm currently using and trying to break away from :D

Its only Fuabrweight if u have like 10 i only use like four of them and there lightweigth as they were. so there till lightweight

Broker_AllXP unfortunately does not show the estimated time to full rested.

When I tried Tekability, I could find no way to make it prompt me for the repair - it either did it, or it didn't. One of my favorite features of DurabilityFu is that it pops up the dialog showing me how much the repairs will cost and gives me a chance to cancel if I want. From what I can see of Attrition, it also lacks this feature.


Actually, Ara_Broker_Tradeskills does list weapon skills. Just need to right-click on it and select which skills you want it to show (I personally turn them all on),
