Hide NPC (Rhonin) yells

Rhonin seems to be getting prompted to yell in an almost endless stream.
The text box is red with his yelling, even with yells unchecked / disabled.

Turning off his sound is easy enough, but I can't figure out how to disable his "Raise your eyes to the sky" speech.

What would be the simplest addon / text to add to an addon, to prevent a user seeing Rhonin's speech?

I've examined a few other addons, but can't seem to figure it out.
