Changing elevation of a gun
 

In a number of fights that typically involve guns, such as the Wintergrasp cannons or the demolishers on Flame Leviathan, I cannot find any way to change the elevation of the guns. In the normal UI, there are up/down arrow buttons to change the elevation. It would be great if I could have nUI and be able to shoot properly.

I usually hold down the right mouse button and drag the mouse up and down or left and right, the same way you do for flying. I'm haven't done either of the ones you mentioned, but I would assume the mechanics are the same.

In some cases, using the right mouse button works, but it is very awkward and very prone to error. I wouldn't want to rely on that method in a big fight. On occasion, the right mouse button doesn't work at all.

What I'd love to have is a set of up/down buttons that appear where the vehicle/gun controls appear.

Well...

I have to admit that I've only targeted one time using the buttons and that was when I rolled my first DK and did the quest on the boat with the guns. I hated targeting that way and never have since as soon as I realized I could target with the mouse.

That said, I understand some people are clickers and have an aversion to using the mouse for targeting, movement, etc. While I don't intend to do anything about the targeting in nUI5, there have been enough requests for it that I'll have an option to allow click targeting in nUI6.
