before the old comment sections for the macaroon mods are gone, any chance we could go through them, and build a thorough list of and and all methods, tricks, and data in general listed there, for macaroon and otherwise?

Most likely, the comments won't disappear. You just won't be able to post new comments. See oUF as an example; it got its own forum, and the comments are now locked.
