Just wondering. Isn't the comment section for each addon is enough for most purposes?

A lot of authors prefer threads to comments.

No problem. The wording in the sticky just gave me an impression that it was strictly needed. :)

Think of it as a way to get the word out about your mod (and gather testers if needed).
