3.3 quest watch not updating
 

When I get new quests, the quest watcher on the right does not update. I have to click the arrow>watch all quests to make it update.

Is there any way to fix this?

I am experiencing the same problem. I have a feeling this is somehow caused by Blizzards automatic quest accept.
Please fix this, because it gets annoying to constantly keep having to rewatch your quests.

Identified the Problem
 

I think I have found the source of your problem. I believe the problem is directly connected with the automatic quest accept feature Blizzard built in to all quests lower than level 5. This feature cannot currently be turned off.

After you start getting quests above level 5, your auto watch feature should function correctly.

At least that was my problem.
