Loading stuck at "Detecting WOW-2 AddOns"

I've tried reinstalling Minion, deleting everything left behind, and checked the Addons folder path several times. Same issue at startup - Minion is stuck when loading at "Detecting WOW-2 AddOns".
I'm running Windows 10, 64-bit version, and uses (trying at least) Minion for updating WoW Classic addons. Thanks in advance! |
The cause of the application hanging can be found here:
ERROR 2019-11-03 16:53:13,381 [Thread-20] gg.minion.util.AddOnUtils:getAddOnDetails(77): Catching java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space Check out the minion.cfg file the USERPROFILE/AppData/Local/Minion/app directory (starting out in your home directory). There, under the JVMOptions section you should see -Xmx128m - bump that up to 512 or somesuch and Minion should not crash due to running out of memory. |
I'm having the same exact problem as RomerRoland. I tried erispope's suggestion (with both 512 and 1024), but the problem persists.

thanks erispope, your solution worked! I had to bump it up to 1024 though. Maybe you should try the same aallkkaa :)
