Quest Loading delay

Every time I use a portal, to Dala or HS, there is a very, very long delay as the 18,000 quests are loaded. Every time. Every single time. Why do they have to be loaded every single time?

They dont load again when HS or teleport is used... only once on login. Which version of Carbonite do u use? Download latest from github (link in my singature).

Also it might be other addon that couses this behaviour. Disable all addons except Carbonite with modules and check if this happens.
