A few questions...
 

Is there a way to move the buttons on my chat window to be on the left side, while still overlapping the window and only appearing on mouseover?

Also, how do I get my bag bar to move? I do "/nui movers", but when I try to move the bag bar it does not move.

The only way to do that would be to edit the code.

This is a known bug on some systems, for which I still have not be able to find a fix. I'm working on it.

for real chat control consider getting Prat. Many of us use it and it will give you a rediculous amount of control over your chat windows.

There is also PhanxChat if you want something a lot less bloated than Prat.
