Mobhealth3 OR Mobinfo2? Whats better? Whats more efficient (Mem/Cpu) Whats most Accurate on a regular Basis?

MobHealth does just that, works out the mob's health

MobInfo collects ALOT more data, like loot, if the mob runs away on low health, that sort of thing

Yah, I believe MobInfo actually uses MobHealth. It just adds a whole bunch of other features too.
