How can I add 1 extra action bar please?

You can do it by using Bartender /bt

Its pretty straight forward but if you get stuck just ask again.

In game options under action bars you can turn on/off certain bars.For more bars you need to use bars addon like bartender,neuron,...

Bartender 4 is part of the RealUI download already.
