I use Mac at home, write custom Buntu installs for work and work in Windows at work. So don't feel too alone in Linux :) And no, Unity isn't bad.

I prefer XUbuntu though.

Doesn't it annoy you having so many non-running programs shown on your taskbar? :(

Sort of, but I don't want to go hunting for them when I want to run them. Besides, it's mostly browsers and WMP plus the open program Photoshop. I'd like grey scale icons, if I could get them.

Still would like grey-scale icons, though. Maybe if I could, somehow, do a desaturated overlay on the task bar......... Hmmm.............. BUT, first I would have to know how to do that. AARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!
