Mod to place tooltip at mouse cursor?
 

I used to use a mod that put the tooltips on mouse over actually at the mouse cursor... anyone remeber what mod that was ?

Most tooltip addons I've seen allow you to move the default location the mouse cursor. These may not be what you used to use, but here's a few options.
