Yea Ima nub didn't read those. But what I did to make it work they way I wanted was to create 2 additional rules. Rule 3 says no target selected goto page 1... rule 4 says if target is friendly...

Found the problem. Blizzard changed the way they check range so when I target something or someone I'm unable to attack the abilities show as being in range even when they are not.
