So I figured it out! Thought I'd post how I did it here so everyone can take note if they care.

For the Growl Autocast do this:

/Script TogglePetAutocast(#);

# is the slot number of your pet bar...

Removing The Petbar and Duplicating It's Buttons(Sorta)

I'm really lovin' the new action bars but the left action bar bumps both the pet bar and chat windows up... And I don't like it. I don't use any buttons exept attack, follow, and toggle autocast...
