Stats tooltip addon?

Ive used in the past...but cant seem to find this addon. It displays in the tooltip, a comparison of what is equiped, like armor, to what you are holding your mouse over, it compares stats and shows...

i did have other addons, but them i delete WTF,...

i did have other addons, but them i delete WTF, and addons folder, and saved variables, downloaded the 2 files, and get those errors. ill try again fresh install, on install of the 2 files i have 329...

guild chat spam

everytime i log in, and then after that at random times my Priest wil send a message to guild chat.
