Well, even though all targets haven't got a talent tree, no text should show up if there is no info to show. Also, I don't think it is neccesary to write ("target") when the text is in the target...

I've never really thought about them, but I think that it is ORA. Anyways, if you want to move them, hold alt and drag. That is, if it is ORA.

I really like the color theme, but it seems a bit...

Oh, yeah, the seemingly blank space on the unit frames are for casting bars....
