Thank you both, I'll hunt down those files and report back. The 'other' computer is out of commission until we get some extra RAM ordered so my little minion will be corrupted a bit longer :)

I'm getting the same error and with this being a Java "applet", I do not have the normal options to run it as an admin so that I can bypass UAC. I'll keep poking and post back if I find a work...
