Don't believe anyone has attempted to fix this issue yet. Though, for me at least, if you don't page at all, all of your buttons will work properly. Once you swap bars, only the 1st row of buttons...

The warrior talent, Devistate, is not refreshing the timer on Sunder Armor. Devistate does renew the effect of Sunder Armor, however, it's not properly refreshing the timer mod for Sunder Armor....
