Target addon?

Is there any type of addon that makes it easier to see who you have targeted out of a mass of people? Puts an arrow over the target's head or something similar? The little blue circle on the ground...

Sound mod for gatherer posible?

I use the Cartogropher addon for my gathering and harvesting needs. But many times while traveling i don't stare at my minimap while wondering around. Would it be posible to make a mod that works...
